Issues

  • No authentication possible

    I am totally lost with this issue. I always get this error message "error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"The user name or password is incorrect." when I try to authenticate. Thats my curl command : curl -v -X POST "https://api.climatixic.com/Token/" -H "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: mykey" -H "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" --data-ascii "grant_type=password&username=myemailaddress&password=mypassword"

  • Then filtering multiple datapoints it still returns one value

    Hello! I'm trying to use /DataPoints/Values with filterId-s. According to API multiple datapoint id's are allowed. SO I query them like this: [{'DataPoints': 'P68419288-8c7f-47b6-8e9a-2f2dfd2c38ce;1!0020000CD000055'}, {'DataPoints': 'P7ad7e926-898c-4598-8492-0efcba1bfb55;1!0020000CD000055'}] But problem is that I only get return value of first datapoint. It even says that totalcount=1. What am I doing wrong? Greetings Toomas

  • Where I can find parent id to call data point api?

    We have just started testing APis. Authentication works just fine and I am able to get Tenand ID via https://api.climatixic.com/ViewNodes/ But I am missing Parent ID info. Where I can find this?

  • Failed to access the plant

    Hi, We ran in to a problem that started on 31.7.2019. We can't see plant details or read datapoints anymore through the api. The error message we get is: "{ "errorClass": 0, "error": { "errorText": "failed to access the plant" } }" This happens for examples with requests: GET "https://api.climatixic.com/Plants/P78241262-2b2d-4bfb-99b1-5dd41c7bd587" and GET "https://api.climatixic.com/DataPoints/P68f04462-70ee-49e2-94ce-becf3a8c32d7;1!N3ASTFPG-NAOS3X" We do see those plants with requests GET "https://api.climatixic.com/ViewNodes/T9a89752d-6669-4014-bae8-227ab4553524" I can see the points when logging through the website.

  • Cannot trigger the "Release from Manual"

    Setting the STH hot water comfort mode from Manual to Auto actually means that we have to release the datapoint DhwMod, i.e. remove the value from priority array 13. This can be done by writing value null (body={value:null}). The current API doesn't allow this and returns the error "An unexpected error occurred".

  • Cannot write certain properties

    I can sucessfully write to datapoint SpHCmf of a STH. When I try to write to data point SpTR of the same device I get a success response from the server but the value doesn't change, i.e. I get still the old value when I read it. After doing some analysis I'm almost certain that there is a problem with the priority. The app should always write with prio 13. I added two screenshots of the priority arrays. PS. I'm using a PUT https://api.climatixic.com/DataPoints/P7322f249-95f2-4b11-a11d-bd354c812b7f;1!0020000B4000055/DataPoints/P7322f249-95f2-4b11-a11d-bd354c812b7f;1!0020000B4000055 with body {"value": 23.6}

  • IC Web shows wrong multistate values

    The IC web page (https://www.preview.climatixic.com) shows wrong values for all multistate data points. BACnet values for multistate are 1-based and not 0-based. Example 1: The device sends value 1 for object RAQualInd (Undefined|Poor|Okay|Good) so it should show "Undefined" but the IC web page under operation shows "Poor". Example 2: The device sends value 5 for object REei (Undefined|Poor|Satisfactory|Good|Excellent) so it should show "Excellent" but the IC web page shows nothing (because it doesn't find the enum text for index 5)
